The BC Wildlife Park is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue & rehabilitation of injured wildlife. Discover some of British Columbia's iconic wildlife and view nearly 200 animals and 65 animal species, including bears, elk, bobcats, arctic wolves, and cougars. The majority of the Parks animals are rescued, including Clover, the only Kermode Bear in human care in the world. The 94 Mile Motel has underwent an extensive renovation in the 2016 season; from linens and beds to kitchens and baths, everything has received an upgrade. My individual custom tours are visiting the most beautiful scenic places around Northern Vancouver Island while having a chance to photograph and watch grizzly bears, black bears, killer whales, humpback whales, dolphins, bald eagles and other wildlife. All tours are lead by professional (35+ years) wildlife and nature photographer Rolf Hicker. A maximum of 4 guests per tour makes them ideal for families, photographers of all levels, special needs as well as couples.

Based out of Port Hardy, BC, we offer fishing charters that allow our guest to experience world class salmon and halibut fishing, while exploring majestic Northern Vancouver Island.

This is a beautiful spot to come relax in a rustic log cabin on the lake! This fishing resort is 1.5 hours north west of Kamloops B.C. There are 8 log cabins total and five cabins that are lakefront with private docks. This amazing little place is tucked in the wilderness, where the natural beauty is. With sixteen lakes available to guests to fish with rowboats waiting for you, everyday is an adventure. The cabins at the resort all have row boats and electric motors included with you stay. These mountain lakes all produce beautiful Kamloops rainbow trout. This is a quiet place to relax, go for a swim, paddle, walk or hike and have some fun fishing for feisty trout by fly or lure.

Located 135km (2-3 hours) from Vancouver International Airport, Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre is an intimate, family-friendly oasis located in the heart of the Village stroll, yet a 5 minute walk from the Gondolas to both mountains. Complimentary perks include a daily breakfast buffet, wireless Internet, local calls, in-resort shuttle and slope-side valet ski/bike/golf storage. Spacious suites feature full kitchens, bathrooms and balconies and range in size from Studios to Three Bedrooms with Den. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the sunny deck with salt-water pool and two hot tubs and sauna.

Since 1986 we have been operating tours in the pristine waterways of Queen Charlotte Strait, Johnstone Strait (Robson Bight), and Blackfish Sound. This area is considered the best place to find Northern resident orca. Large numbers of humpback whales also congregate here during the summer months. Other marine mammals such as Biggs (transient) orca, minke whales, Pacific white-sided dolphins, Dalls porpoises, sea otters, Northern sea lions, and harbour seals are regularly sighted on tours. We take 11 people maximum and pride ourselves in offering a more personalized approach to whale watching. The small group sizes offer more intimacy with the wildlife and an opportunity to interact with the skipper. The boat has a marine toilet onboard and provides enough space that when stationary, guests are welcome to move about the boat to take photographs and enjoy the dynamic scenery and wildlife. It is a perfect whale watching platform. We offer ethical, educational, and meaningful experiences.
