Coastal Black is a family owned and operated fruit winery, meadery and cidery. All our wines and ciders are hand-crafted on site. Visit our website or facebook/instagram page for details of all the fun events, festivals and products we offer here at the farm. Festivals include access to the lower farm where you can visit our miniature highland cow and other farm animals, have fun on our huge bouncing pillow, play backyard games and more. Plus enjoy snacks/drinks/wine and cider. Tulip Fest in the spring - Visit our tulip fields to walk amongst the flowers! Sunflower Fest in the summer - Adults and children alike will love our sunflower maze Pumpkin Fest in the Fall - 11 years and counting for this festival: Join us to enjoy our corn and hay bale mazes, wagon rides, Musical acts and more.

Painted Boat Resort & Marina is the premier resort on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada. Located two hours from Vancouver via BC Ferries from Horseshoe Bay and Highway 1, the Resort is also accessible by seaplane. We are located on the Pacific Rim Highway, 7 kilometres south of Tofino and 25 kilometres north of the Highway 4 and Pacific Rim Highway junction. The facility is equipped with bathrooms, picnic tables, wifi, and a water station as well our friendly staff who will help you with any questions you may have, providing you with great resources! We have an abundance of information including various maps of the area and beyond, accommodations, restaurants, attractions, tours, local events, tide guides, trail maps, and more! Shop our Tofino inspired apparel, souvenirs, postcards, maps, children's books & toys as well as a beautiful selection of products from local artisans. We also have a selection of ocean friendly goods to help reduce the use of single use plastics.

Naramata Courtyard Suites is a funky little place located in the heart of Naramata Village. We are within walking distance of a restaurant, pub, and a pizza place that has fantastic pizza! As well, there are two cafe's located right across the road. Manitou Beach is a 10 minute stroll where you can swim, paddle board, boat, have a BBQ or just lounge for the day. There are four other beaches within 5 minutes of us including the old Train Dock where kids and occasional adult love to jump off! We have a great Courtyard where our guests love to BBQ, have dinner and a glass of wine...or two!

While everyone enjoys the wine and the view when they come to visit, the most asked question would have to be about our name...On a cool spring morning in 1929, a small crew from Okanagan Falls set off to a deserted mining camp some 16 miles away from home. Their mission: to dismantle an old wooden church and bring it back to Okanagan Falls.The plan called for a controlled blast of four dynamite sticks inside the church in order to "loosen the nails". Odd as it may seem, the explosion spared the wood from damage during dismantling.Save for losing the steeple, the plan succeeded. Now the 103 year old wooden church stands proudly in its second home of Okanagan Falls and is still an operating United Church. In keeping with its rather remarkable history, the church has since withstood the threat of two major floods, including the disastrous burst of the Okanagan Falls Dam in the early 1950's.In naming our VQA wines "Blasted Church" we celebrate the ingenuity of the initiative to move the church and honor those pioneers for their vision.

We are a year round guiding and rental business. We do riverboat tours to Kinuseo Falls in Tumbler Ridge. We also have other river destinations. We also do Jeep tours and guided ATV tours. Guided hiking tours are also available. We rent ATVs and kayaks as well as other camping equipment. Winter time brings guided snowshoe and snowmobile tours. We also rent avalanche gear, snowmobiles and snowshoes.
