A recently renovated community museum, telling the stories of the Southern Carrier First Nations and the peoples who have settled in the Cariboo in the last 250 years. Listen to stories of Chinese and First Nations Elders at our video stations and meet the residents of the early 20th century through the remarkable portraits of CD. Hoy and C.S. Wing. Participate in scavenger hunts and hands on activities. Keep the memory of your visit alive with a souvenir from our gift shop. We have a good selection of history books, clothing, toys, jewelry and housewares. During the Winter Season ( October to April) the museum is only open on Saturday or by appointment.

The Vancouver Police Museum & Archives is an independent non-profit organization exploring the gritter history of Vancouver and specializing in the history of forensic sciences and policing. The Hedley Museum is closed for the 2022 season now. Opening again in May of 2023. Opening hours generally include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Mondays 10:00-4:00pm. In 2023 we hope to be open 7 days a week for July and August. A charming heritage museum in the heart of the Similkameen Valley, that shares the towns gold mining history. The building houses a gift shop, tea room and an amazing collection of photos, stories and artifacts. The back garden is shaded and provides a welcome place to sit and enjoy the day. The building is wheel accessible and air conditioned. Admission is by donation and our tour guides will gladly show you around the museum. Also lots of brochures, maps and info for tourists & visitors at the info booth inside the museum.

The mission of the Comox Air Force Museum is to preserve and teach the history and heritage of the Royal Canadian Air Force with a focus on CFB Comox, 19 Wing, and the west coast of Canada. A self-guided tour begins at the dawn of military aviation in WWI, WWII, Korea, the Cold War and United Nations Peacekeeping before reaching the section that features all of 19 Wing's past and present squadrons. The research library contains aviation reference materials, technical manuals, personal accounts, biographies, logbooks, and photographs. A well stocked gift shop is filled with clothing, hats, toys, and exclusive RCAF memorabilia. Heritage Air Park is home to a collection of aircraft that once flew at CFB Comox.

The Fort Nelson Heritage Museum is situated just West of the historic Mile 300 milepost on the World Famous Alaska Highway. The museum is located in Fort Nelson, BC, Canada and is operated by the Fort Nelson Historical Society. Fort Nelson is the gateway to the Northern Rocky Mountains and the Muskwa-Kechika Management Area.
