The North Island Wildlife Recovery Centre is located in a park-like setting with a peaceful rustic atmosphere. When visiting the centre you will be able to view eagles, several species of owls, falcons, hawks, ravens, and black bears. Rehabilitating eagles can be viewed through one way glass in the largest flight enclosure of its kind in Canada. The Centre's mandate is the rehabilitation of injured and orphaned native wildlife, with a focus on raptors and black bears. GUIDED TOURS: are available for groups of 15 or more. HOURS OF OPERATION: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 7 days a week. ENTRANCE FEES: $15.00.00 adults, $6.00 children aged 3-12, plus applicable taxes.

Cabins feature queen beds or a combination of queen and double beds, with pull-out couches and roll-up cots available in select units. Amenities include free Rogers Business Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and one dedicated parking spot per unit (extra parking available upon request). Our eco-conscious property offers on-site garbage, recycling, and food waste disposal. Rates are based on double occupancy (2 guests sharing a queen bed) or number of beds provided. $25 + tax per night applies for each extra guest using the pull-out or cot.
