Currently, the ingredients in the majority of our products are grown on property using our over 3,500 apple trees consisting of over 450 varieties. What we dont source from our orchard, we get from other farms on Salt Spring Island. We mainly focus on dry cider as we feel it best captures the complexity and taste of our apples, however with our incredible range of 16 ciders, we have something for everyone.
