Our cabins are clean, comfortable, cozy and quiet. They are nestled in the forest at the base of the Rocky Mountains just 15 minutes west of Golden, BC. All cabins have 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV with a dvd player. When it's time to put away your cell phones, lap tops, tablets, and tech toys, come and visit! You'll enjoy a "No Tech Getaway!"

U'mista Cultural Centre is one of the longest-operating and most successful First Nations cultural facilities in BC, founded in 1980 as a ground breaking project to house potlatch artifacts which had been seized by government during an earlier period of cultural repression. The return of the potlatch artifacts not only provided U'mista's name ('the return of something important'), and sparked a general trend toward repatriation of First Nations and cultural artifacts, it caused the creation of a physical facility and human resources infrastructure which have been successfully operated for over two decades.U'mista now operates a modern museum and cultural education facility in Alert Bay. Their operations include the museum, an extensive art gallery and gift shop, group tours, and presentations by dance troupes.

Arrowsmith Golf & Country Club is a semi-private, executive length golf course located 10 minutes north of Qualicum Beach. We have 300 Members and welcome all public players to our course. Arrowsmith is challenging enough for experienced golfers, yet not intimidating for less experienced golfers. Specializing in original stone sculpture, Ukama Gallery on Granville Island represents hundreds of skilled emerging and world-renowned artists from Zimbabwe. We offer ocean front cottages, yurts and a motel. We rent kayaks, paddle boards and a motor boat. Our marina has 60 slips and accommodates boats up to 50'. You can enjoy a heated chlorine-free pool during summer months.
