Fossil Beach Farm is a private 80 acre waterfront working farm. We offer glamping in our fully finished bell tents overlooking the Salish Sea and fresh cider fermented from our on site and other Hornby orchards. Our tasting room offers 5 different ciders, experimental tap, and non-alcoholic choices available in tasting flights, growlers, or prepackaged to be enjoyed in our picnic area or to go. We now offer farm to table BBQ in our outdoor kitchen during tasting hours.

The Stake Lake Trails, managed by the Overlander Ski Club, are just a 20-minute drive southwest of Kamloops, offering 60 km of meticulously groomed cross-country ski trails for both classic and skate skiing as well as 12 km of snowshoe trails.
The Osoyoos Desert Centre is a 67 acre nature interpretive facility where visitors can learn about desert ecology, habitat restoration and conservation of endangered ecosystems in the South Okanagan. Guests are invited to explore Canada’s desert by taking a guided or self-guided tour along a 1.5 km elevated wooden boardwalk. In addition, the Centre features an interpretive facility with hands-on exhibits and a native plant demonstration garden. Visitors can also browse through our Gift Shop, enjoy a snack in the outdoor picnic area, or relax at one of the kiosks and take in the spectacular views.
A year-round lakeside resort offering self-contained cottages and suites, some with private hot tubs. Every unit is on the lakefront with a breathtaking lakeview from a private deck. Lake activities enjoyed include fishing, swimming, canoeing, ice fishing and boating. Complimentary canoes and rowboats are available. Local trails are great for hiking, biking and cross-country skiing. Many trails accessible by quad, ATV and snowmobile. We are on the Kettle Valley Rail Trail. Enjoy the restored Tram Car 1220, originally built in 1912, and the largest artefact in the City of Richmonds museum collection. Housed in a building inspired by the architecture of the first Steveston tram station, Tram Car 1220 now rests on its original rail tracks. Nicknamed the Sockeye Special, the interurban tram service carried workers from Vancouver to Steveston to work in the canneries, from 1905 to 1958.
