The Hedley Museum is closed for the 2022 season now. Opening again in May of 2023. Opening hours generally include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Mondays 10:00-4:00pm. In 2023 we hope to be open 7 days a week for July and August. A charming heritage museum in the heart of the Similkameen Valley, that shares the towns gold mining history. The building houses a gift shop, tea room and an amazing collection of photos, stories and artifacts. The back garden is shaded and provides a welcome place to sit and enjoy the day. The building is wheel accessible and air conditioned. Admission is by donation and our tour guides will gladly show you around the museum. Also lots of brochures, maps and info for tourists & visitors at the info booth inside the museum.

River Valley Ranch lies in an idyllic valley with fertile fields and the Kootenay River running though it. River Valley Ranch is an old world mixed farm applying bio-dynamic farming practices to the individual and the whole. The farm and household are off-grid and run on alternative energy. Parwood is an 18 hole disc golf course located in Sparwood, BC. The course is rugged and is built on the side of a mountain. The course is made up of 18 Innova baskets with yellow metal bands.
