Spectacular views of mountain peaks, Beaver, Eagles, Osprey, Herons and even Black Bears are regular sights that will have you eagerly wondering whats around the next bend. Unlike an amusement park ride River of Golden Dreams trips allow you to be an active participant, one of the reasons people keep coming back to paddle the river. In the spring the water levels can be high and moving though always flat and no rapids. By mid-summer water levels are gentle. By late summer the beaver start rebuilding their dams creating pools to paddle in. Guides are recommended, though experienced river paddlers go unguided. Our River trips have limited availability and often sell out, please pre book to assure your spot. Located at Lakeside Park minutes from Whistler Village.

Our trails are of varying degrees of difficulty and length to accommodate all levels of nordic skiers, for classic and skate techniques. The modern facility includes a comfortable lodge with washrooms, a racer's warming/waxing hut and some trails are specifically constructed to be Paralympic skiing friendly. Night skiing available with a 3 km lit loop open until 10.

Windsure is a family-run watersports business, located at beautiful Jericho Beach in West Point Grey, Vancouver. Today, we work to share our love of three quintessential Vancouver watersports: Windsurfing, Stand-Up Paddleboarding, and Skimboarding. Regardless of experience, age, ability, or comfort-level, Windsure has a program designed for anyone looking to get out on the water. Offering everything from beginner and intermediate lessons to equipment rentals to youth summer camps, the team at Windsure is dedicated to creating an experience for as many watersport-seekers as possible! The Ladysmith Gallery hosts two art shows a month that are open to the public - a monthly member art show featuring a variety of artworks around a different theme from Vancouver Island and Gulf Island artists; followed by a 10 day guest artist exhibition. The location also features a curated gallery boutique shop with smaller artworks from over 50 artists. The boutique holds seasonal offerings as well. Other events that take place at the Ladysmith Gallery are art pop-ups with interactive art experiences, prestigious art exhibitions such as the biennial Fine Arts Show and late night shopping opportunities during the December season. Nestled on a half acre lot in a quiet rural area of Qualicum Beach, we are only minutes (by car) from town, the beach, and golf courses. You are invited to come share our cottage style home. Our living room is the 'common room' and breakfst will be served in our cozy kitchen or outside on the deck (weather permitting). Breakfast is prepared by Hans, a Swiss trained chef and German is spoken. Each bedroom has wonderfully comfortable beds with fine linens, character furnishings and TV's. Welcome to Nass Base Camp! Two and a half hours north from the main lodge in Terrace you will find a cozy operation on the banks of Meziaden Lake that has a strong and loyal client base who return to this special place annually. If you are lucky enough to secure a spot, you will understand why anglers are drawn back here every year. The rivers are medium sized and easy to read and wade. Due to the lodges remote location, the chance of seeing other anglers is extremely rare. Each morning we will trailer our boats to different locations on multiple rivers. Our lodge is very casual and rustic. If you want to experience the real untamed north of Beautiful British Columbia, dont wait too long to garner your slot in one of the least known and most desirable Steelhead programs of British Columbia.
