Stay in a gorgeous 1971 Airstream which has been totally rebuilt into a super comfortable and memorable escape with every amenity possible included inside. There's even a turntable for playing records and a projector over the bed for unforgettable movie nights. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to create amazing gourmet meals. Just steps outside sits a tiny cabin with your own indoor heated bathroom and shower, plus an outdoor hot water shower and vintage bathtub built for two. The location is totally private with over an acre of land to yourselves. You'll also have exclusive use of a wood burning fire pit, propane fire bowl, picnic table, hammock and charcoal BBQ. The property borders the 450 hectare Bowen Island Eco Reserve, a natural wonder rich in wildlife. Located just a 5 minute drive from Snug Cove where the ferry docks, you'll find a bunch of shops and amazing restaurants to enjoy.

Unlike an amusement park ride River of Golden Dreams trips allow you to be an active participant, one of the reasons people keep coming back to paddle the river. In the spring the water levels can be high and moving though always flat and no rapids. By mid-summer water levels are gentle. By late summer the beaver start rebuilding their dams creating pools to paddle in. Guides are recommended, though experienced river paddlers go unguided.
