The Trail Visitor Centre operates from the Trail Riverfront Centre in the heart of downtown Trail, sharing space with the Trail Museum & Archives and the Trail & District Public Library. Plentiful paid, on-street parking is available, with one free RV parking stall. We are also situated one block from the main public transit hub in downtown Trail. Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals has been in operation at Big White providing rental vacation accommodation for guests on behalf of owners for over 10 years. We have a long history of exceeding guest expectations providing luxurious, well appointed vacation rentals.

This off grid mountain lodge situated at 3,700 feet in the mountains, on a private lake, has all the comforts of home. Three bedrooms have a queen and single bed with one room having two single beds. Close to the lodge are three rustic cabins that are 12' x 10', each cabin sleeps 2 each, use of an outdoor cook shack and fire pit. Campsites are available too! Enjoy the spectacular lake and mountain views. Bring your fly fishing rod to enjoy catching and releasing wild rainbow trout (additional fee).

The Auberge Kicking Horse Guest House was operating as a 3-room B&B before the pandemic. The Auberge now operates as a Guest House Vacation rental only. This is the perfect home away from home. The Auberge is located within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Our guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy the open concept large cozy house with an outdoor Jacuzzi tub set on an elevated deck, garage to store safely your sport equipment with a drying rack for ski boots and wet accessories. The house also offers a long driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars and free wifi. Only 15 minutes from the ski slopes of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, the Auberge will accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests.

ONSITE BICYCLE RENTALS on one of British Columbias wonders. Experience a part of the historical Kettle Valley Railway route built between 1912-1914. This well-established, interactive 24km trail is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestles. It offers spectacular views of Myra Canyon and Okanagan Lake. It is the best outdoor activity in Kelowna for the whole family. The track is located at an elevation of 1.260 meters, it is relatively flat and can be cycled within 4 hours. We rent new, branded comfort bicycles in sizes for adults and children, tandems and tag-alongs or child trailers to pull the little ones, tandems, and tricycle. Rental times May-October: 9am-1pm, 1:30pm-5:30pm. We also rent Gazelle pedal-assist E-Bikes (each E-Biker must be 19+) We offer ½ day guided Tour in the Myra Canyon or full day self-guided tours to Penticton, Bicycle and Wine Tours Pick-up/drop off transportation is included (Kelowna/West Kelowna) We are a sustainable tourism business Biosphere committed.
