The Fort Nelson Heritage Museum is situated just West of the historic Mile 300 milepost on the World Famous Alaska Highway. The museum is located in Fort Nelson, BC, Canada and is operated by the Fort Nelson Historical Society. Fort Nelson is the gateway to the Northern Rocky Mountains and the Muskwa-Kechika Management Area. Mission Statement: To preserve and share the human, natural, and transportation history of the Fort Nelson area. Housed in 8 buildings, the museum offers countless displays and artifacts. View displays on forestry, fire fighting, mining, oil & gas, communications, construction, and wildlife. The museum is also home to a large collection of vintage automobiles. A fun, challenging 9 hole golf course on beautiful Quadra Island, BC. Open April thru October. Scenic water and mountain views, a peaceful forest setting and tons of fun for the whole family. We also have a 250 yard driving range and practice green for putting and chipping. Quadra Island Golf offers free parking for oversized vehicles. And to make your visit even easier, we also offer free shuttle service for golfers from the BC Ferry Terminals and any of the local resorts & marinas. Sealegs Kayaking & Marine Adventure Centre offers wildlife kayaking tours, kayak and stand up paddle board (SUP) rentals and an Eco Adventure Centre pro-shop at Transfer Beach in Ladysmith. Paddle demonstrations, safety talks and a gear fittings are included with all rentals. Eagles, seals, river otters are commonly viewed in and around our quiet harbour and family friendly beachside park.

The Princeton Visitor Centre is located right in downtown Princeton and is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. We have a large parking lot with easy access for RVs, a wide variety of brochures that cover most places in BC, picnic tables, and a filtered water station. We sell local merchandise and nature books. We have maps to show where you can pan for gold in the Rivers and keep the gold!

A Sustainably Certified Winery on Shuswap Lake Relax on our lakeview patio with award-winning wines, local craft beer and cider, non-alcoholic drinks, and charcuterie. Enjoy a self-guided vineyard tour and feel free to bring your pup as we are dog friendly.

Our guest house is located in Rose Harbour, Kunghit Island; very deep within Gwaii Haanas National Park, Marine Reserve and Haida Heritage Site. Only accessible by floatplane! We provide 3 meals a day, offering authentic Thai cuisine being our specialty. We cook mostly with organic food and also from our large garden. Our guesthouse is rustic but comfortable with wood heat, communal shower and composting toilet. We don't have more then 8 guests at the time unless your group is more then 8! Our tour packages include accommodation, meals, and transportation by floatplane to/from Queen Charlotte Village. We also offer optional guided boat tours and sea kayak rentals in the area surrounding our location. Recommended sites to visit by boat are Ninstints/Skanggwaii (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Cape St-James, Rose Inlet, and many others nearby locations. We speak English, French, Thai and Lao.
