Fraserview Golf Course offers an old course feeling in a West Coast setting. Playland is part of the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) fairgrounds in Vancouver and is BCs most famous amusement park. Playland features exhilarating rides and attractions for all ages, exciting midway games, mini-golf, a climbing wall, haunted mansion and a variety of delicious food. Playland offers over 35 rides and attractions, including four exciting roller coasters. One of the most loved and talked about attractions at Playland is the historic Wooden Roller Coaster. This spectacular coaster has been operating at the park since 1958 and is cited as a Coaster Classic by the American Coaster Enthusiasts organization, which is an honour shared by only 22 other wooden coasters in the world. Located on peaceful Denman Island, Fillongley Provincial Park is a short 10-minute ferry crossing from Buckley Bay (located between Qualicum Beach and the town of Courtenay). Fillongley is a popular small campground. It has 10 oceanside, compact campsites. It is 80% reservable and reservations are strongly recommended due to the limited number of campsites available. This is the only provincial campground on Denman Island; campers may camp in the adjacent day-use parking lot overnight when the main campground is full (regular camping fees apply to overflow camping).

Tete Jaune Lodge and Campground is located on the scenic Fraser River. There are cabins, campsites and RV sites with power and water as well as the 14 easy access rooms. The Riverside Cafe is open for dinner 5 pm - 9 pm nightly from July until September 15. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays rest of the season. Whitewater rafting is on site and bikes are free for your use. Mt. Robson is only a 10 minute drive and Jasper is 1 hour.
