Join Captain Des Hatchard for a great day's fishing for up to 8 guests. Our two welded aluminum boats are set up with your comfort, safety, and fishing success in mind -- built to the latest Coast Guard standards, equipped with a head (toilet), and decked out with all the latest electronics, i.e., radar, colour fish finder, and GPS plotter.We depart from Port Renfrew daily.

Operated by the Agassiz-Harrison Historical Society, the Agassiz-Harrison Museum & Visitor Information Centre preserves and promotes Agassiz-Harrison Valley history, heritage and culture of Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs, and Harrison Mills. Amenities include our wheelchair accessible, family friendly 1893 heritage CPR station, which houses two museum galleries, archives, gift shop, and a full service visitor information booth. There is plenty of free parking and a picnic/play area in adjacent Pioneer Park. We are located off Highway 7 in downtown Agassiz, south of the railway tracks and within walking distance to local businesses and restaurants. We are open year round. Summer hours are 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM daily. Winter hours are 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Wednesday - Saturday.

The Centre is centrally located at the far end of the downtown core parking area on the corner that Ross St. turns into Kimberley Ave., within eyesight of our one-and-only stoplight. Here, youll find in-the-know, long-time locals ready to greet you with plenty of insider tips on how to make your Kimberley stay memorable and tailored to your needs. We have collected one of the largest collections of Visitor Guides and local information you'll find at any Visitor Center. We also have a convenient electric vehicle charging station, as well as public washrooms that are available for use during Visitor Centre hours.
