Canada's premier Snowmobile & ATV Adventure Centre an official BPR SSki-Doo® and Can-Am® tour operator located on the edge of the Canadian Rockies at the western gateway to Kootenay and Banff National Parks. Our snowmobile and ATV tours are designed to accommodate all experience levels, from beginners to advanced riders. We provide all the gear, equipment and instruction. We're fortunate to have a large property with sought-after natural assets, including a (frozen) waterfall, an alpine cabin, and a forestperfect for our snowmobile, ATV, and Mountain Bike tours. Experience incredible scenery and a spectacular alpine basin surrounded by soaring rock peaks, visit the remains of a historic silver mine and relax by the fireplace in our alpine cabin. The Dominion Astrophysical Observatory is a designated National Historical Site. Its original instrument, the Plaskett Telescope was the largest operational telescope in the world when it started observations in 1918. It is still used nightly for scientific research. Tour the telescope and learn the history of this amazing machine that mapped the Milky Way Galaxy. The Centre of the Universe offers the unique experience of visiting the historic Plaskett telescope. We also have our exhibit gallery, complete with planetarium showing the stars and full dome movies, virtual reality experiences, kiosks, and more. Currently our winter hours are in place. During the cruise season we open for exclusive onshore excursions.

The Fort St. John North Peace Museum tells the story of the Fort St. John region from the dinosaurs to the oil and gas industries of today. Learn more about Indigenous people, the fur trade, homesteaders, and the development of Fort St. John and the North Peace region of British Columbia. Come explore a tepee, trapper's cabin, blacksmith's shop, 1921 school room, 1930s dentist office, missionary chapel, 1930 Outpost Hospital room, 1910 BC Police Barracks and Jail, Finch's General Store, and more! Try interactive activities like sorting mail in our post office. Our gift shop is a fabulous place to find books on the Peace Region, BC, Alberta, and the Yukon. We have a wide variety of souvenirs, clothing, stuffed animals, jewellery, and gifts. Our archives can help answer requests about the North Peace from photographs to genealogy. We're open Monday to Saturday year-round.

Port Browning Marina Resort can be found at the head of the spectacular Browning Harbour. Our marina is a favourite destination among boaters and island visitors exploring the Southern Gulf Islands. Meadow Vista is a modern artisan farm winery driven by passionate eco-foodies. We love to produce wines people say taste like "nature in a glass", while doing our part to help the honey bees. We never want to imagine a world without honey bees. The farm is located in Kelowna, BC nestled amongst the orchards of East Kelowna and is home to 150 hives of hardworking honeybees and garden beds of flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Guests can enjoy a tasting of honey wines, the gardens and scenic views of the farm, a true farm-to-table dining experience at our Bistro, and learn all about the bees! The Qualicum Beach Museum chronicles the social history of Qualicum Beach including First Nations, early pioneers and 'local characters'. It is also home to a paleontology exhibit and fossil collection renowned for its scientific and research value, as well as the Powerhouse, a brick and steel heritage building with exhibits about power and energy. The museum maintains an extensive archive of local historic documents, photographs and artefacts and responds to inquiries from the general public.
