Welcome to one of the Cariboo's gems, Martens Resort and RV Park on beautiful Timothy Lake! Our campground is spread over 15 acres and enjoys 1100 feet of shoreline. As you sip coffee in the morning you're almost guaranteed to see fish jumping from the glassy surface of the lake. Whether you fish, waterski, swim, float or simply dip your toes - the lake will call to you (as well as the loons). When guests at our family campground aren't enjoying the lake, they love our volleyball court, playgrounds, yard games, and general vacation vibe. Many campers choose to start their days with a stroll around our 1km nature trail, simply enjoying the symphony of quiet. Built in 1894 in the historic fishing village of Steveston, the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site is one of B.C.'s few historically intact canneries.
