Listen to waves splash on the shoreline. Awaken to the haunting sound of loons or the rusty-gate screech of a bald eagle. Enjoy fabulous summer sunsets over Broughton Strait. In early summer you can enjoy both sunsets and sunrises from your deck. Each of the twelve cozy cottages, including the 3-unit "tri-plex," comes with cooking and dining utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, and full bathroom. Cottages also feature TV/VCR's with satellite television. These cottages are wonderful retreats for artists, writers, and nature lovers as well as fishermen! 152 campsites, many on the ocean and Cluxewe River estuary.

Lakeview combines quality and affordability in a quiet location. We are close to the beach and all amenities. Our heated salt water pool is a summer hit as are the barbecues and picnic area. Families love our spacious one and two bedroom suites. Pets are not accepted. As of October 1,2020 no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use will be permitted anywhere on property (including parking area).

Take the airporter to and from our door if you are arriving at YYJ. Our reasonable prices include Gourmet 4 course breakfast, cute 1905 rooms with roof gardens. Breakfasts are very stylishly set with Antique Victorian Silver. Vanessa prepares delicious specialties like lox or garden omlettes, berry crepes and fresh Austrian Apple Strudel. Hi, my name is Josephine, and I am the Property Manager here at TikiVillage in beautiful Vernon, BC. Our beautiful garden area is so relaxing and it was wonderful to see barbecues for the guest use. I have grown to love my job and I am very lucky to have met so many wonderful people from all over the world. I want to announce that I am aware that we show our age, but the rooms and linens are clean and you wont ever meet a greater team. The Tiki will be retiring soon to make way for a bigger Hotel, so we are what we are and we strive to make up for it in many other ways. February 2023 the outdoor pool is permanently shut down to unforeseen circumstances.

Cabins are powered by solar and heated with wood stoves. Walking trails are around all the cabins for guests to get out and enjoy our northern boreal forest. Relax in nature. Picnic tables, fire pits, bbqs, Badminton net & rackets, mountain bikes, horseshoe pit, and hot tub rentals are some amenities offered . Our story goes back a long way. Over a hundred years and five generations in fact. From running cattle to fruit growing, our family's experience and love for agriculture has remained strong.
