Whistler Olympic Park RV & Campground is a new camping destination in BCs Sea to Sky Corridor. It is located within and operated by the iconic Whistler Olympic Park in the Callaghan Valley, 30 minutes south of Whistler and 40 minutes north of Squamish. It provides over 50 campsites, with 20 full-service RV sites and 19 unserviced multi-use sites for tenting and smaller recreational vehicles, the only group camping site in the area and overflow sites.The campground operates from early summer to fall annually, thereby complementing Winter Olympic Parks winter offerings as a cross-country skiing and snowshoeing destination and Nordic sport training centre. The lodge is located in an extraordinary area where the worlds most interconnected fjord system, the worlds largest temperate rainforest, and a dramatic mountain landscape of glaciers, plunging creeks, pristine rivers, and granite cliffs converge. Much of the area is now protected as part of The Great Bear Rainforest or Tweedsmuir Provincial Park. The area is renowned for its abundant wildlife and is one of the most pristine grizzly bear habitats in the world. The historic lodge has been welcoming guests since 1931. Guests of the lodge may select either a Small Group or a Private package. Come nightfall, guests stay in their own private chalet or elevated suite right at the forest's edge. All accommodations surround the large central lawn and offer excellent views with exceptional privacy.
