Battle Abbey Backcountry Lodge, operated by Weber Powder, offers all inclusive (guided & catered) refined mountain experiences in the remote British Columbia backcountry. Established in 1978 by Hans Gmoser (the founder of CMH), Battle Abbey is perched at 2200M in the sub alpine and sits on 10,000 acres of exclusive world-class terrain. Battle Abbey offers a wide array of adventures for intermediate to expert backcountry ski tourers and split-boarders. From steep tree skiing below the lodge to high alpine bowls, couloirs and long glaciated runs above, there is Supreme Skiing for all weather conditions. Trips include ground transportation from Calgary International Airport, inbound/outbound helicopter flights, lodge accommodation, gourmet dining, lodge staff, four ACMG certified guides as well as all safety equipment. Battle Abbey will be closed for the summer of 2024 while the lodge undergoes extensive renovations.

If you are lucky enough to secure a spot, you will understand why anglers are drawn back here every year. The rivers are medium sized and easy to read and wade. Due to the lodges remote location, the chance of seeing other anglers is extremely rare. Each morning we will trailer our boats to different locations on multiple rivers.
