Gallery Jones represents contemporary art by Canadian and International artists in the mediums of painting, photography and sculpture. We are dedicated to exhibiting and promoting excellent work that is relevant and original. The Gallery is located at #1-258 East 1st Avenue in Vancouver, in the neighbourhood known as The Flats, district. This neighbourhood is home to over a dozen visual art venues, including Emily Carr University of Art + Design.

Reel Adventures offers premiere fishing packages for some of the best fishing in the World! Offering Salmon & Halibut charters on the west coast of Vancouver Island, as well as Trophy Rainbow Trout & Bull Trout fishing in the interior lakes, and fantastic fly fishing and Walleye fishing on the Mighty Columbia River. So, no matter what you're looking for, we have an option for you. Year Round! Our waters include: Ucluelet BC offshore salmon fishing on the pacific ocean, Interior British Columbia on world famous Kootenay Lake, or the Mighty Columbia River, and a bunch of smaller lakes and streams in the interior. These trips are fully guided. We supply the boats, gear, and licensed guide for your trip. Our boats and guides are all Transport Canada certified and have years of experience. We are a family-owned winegrowers, producing premium small lot red wines and white wines. We grow all our own grapes and produce our wines on site. Visit our tasting room for informative and entertaining tastings and to purchase special wines not available anywhere else. Tluu Xaada Naay Society (Canoe People's House) is a group of artisans committed to preserving and enhancing the culture of the Haida in areas of visual arts, performance arts, language and tradition.

This building is truly special. It is one of only a few commercial buildings in BC from this era with intact interior elements. It contains all of the counters, shelving, gas lights, string holders, paper dispensers, as well as a cash register, weigh scale, coffee grinder, cheese wheel and many other items that were used in the operation of the store. The museum aslo contains information on Ainsworth's rich history in the region. Stepping into this store is truly like stepping back in time. The museum also hosts an artisan gift shop filled with beautiful handmade goods as well as an amazing selection of crystals, gemstones, singing bowls, leather goods, and eco friendly Canadian made clothing.

In Valemount's original Railway Station from 1914, the Valemount & Area Museum showcases how the pioneers of the Robson Valley lived during the last century. Farming, forestry and fur fueled the economy. All of this is lovingly displayed by the Valemount Historic Society, descendants of those pioneers, whom opened the museum in 1992, after nearly 5 years of restoring and refurbishing. Trains, teachers, internment camps, outfitters, farmers, war heroes and more await your visit. The Annex outbuilding displays a magnificent collection of chainsaws and farming implements. Our caboose houses every tool you would need to maintain the tracks. The pièce de résistance is the train station itself with 3 floors of amazing displays. Entry by donation
