Discovery Passage Aquarium
The Discovery Passage Aquarium offers fun and unique hands-on educational experiences for people of all ages. Come to see, touch and feel our incredible local marine species and habitats and discover the diverse marine life of Discovery Passage and Islands. The Aquarium is open from spring until fall each year. Specimens from representative local species are collected from the marine environment in the spring and returned to the area of collection at the end of the season.
Vancouver Police Museum & Archives
The former Coroner's Court, City Morgue, and Forensic Analyst Lab c. 1932 and city heritage building. The Vancouver Police Museum & Archives is an independent non-profit organization exploring the gritter history of Vancouver and specializing in the history of forensic sciences and policing. A small horseshoe shaped bay. Off-grid and off the beaten path. It is a different life here and we would like to share it with you. We have three rental cottages on Airbnb. Boaters mooring at the government dock are welcome to stroll the grounds, garden, trails, and meet the world renowned wharfinger. There are showers, laundry, ceramic art and a spectacular veggie garden. Mark has been wharfinger for 25 years now and is really beginning to get the hang of it. Come see.
