We are an family oriented RV Campground with rustic cabins and modern cottages. We are located on beautiful Tchesinkut Lake in central BC, 16 km south of Burns Lake. We have 9 full service sites, 28 partial sites and 3 non serviced sites. All sites, cabins and cottages are located on 2300 ft of lakeshore. Our setting is natural with most of the campsites on grassed sites. We are not a hotel. You are required to bring your own linens, pillows and towels for your stays in the cabins and cottages. Cabins require a two night stay and the modern cottages require a seven night stay. Other facilities available are coin showers, coin laundry. Worms, ice and firewood are for sale. In 2016 we upgraded our internet service so the whole resort has wifi. Reservations are required for cabins, cottages and long term stays. One night stays in the campground are by first come first serve. We are proud to have owned and run this campground since 1984.

Let the certified and experienced SUP and or Fly fishing guides take you to see our beautiful waterways with guided tours, rentals, clinics, & courses. The shop also offers inflatable or rigid paddleboard rentals with delivery options.

Our seasonal "Caboose" Mackenzie Visitor Centre is open from May to September and is located at the Junction of Hwy 97 & Hwy 39. Year-round, you can visit the Visitor Centre in the Mackenzie Chamber of Commerce at #11-600 Mackenzie Boulevard, Mackenzie, BC for all of your tourism information and souvenirs. The Prestige Oceanview Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of historic Prince Rupert, close to shopping and a variety of great local restaurants. The hotel is only a short stroll to Prince Rupert's Inner Harbour where you can enjoy local attractions, events and entertainment, as well as local artists' specialty shops and more. Deluxe Continental Breakfast (with Hot Waffle Bar) is now included and served in our Breakfast Room adjacent to our new and renovated Lobby area. Floors 5 & 6 accommodate our Superior Rooms; newly renovated with modern décor. Floors 2, 3 & 4 accommodate our Deluxe category room types; clean and comfortable. WiFi and Wired high-speed internet access available in all guest rooms with WiFi also available in the hotels common areas.

The Daajing Giids Visitor Center is located on the waterfront with gorgeous ocean views. We are an excellent local source of information when visiting Haida Gwaii. Inside the longhouse inspired building you will find engaging, resourceful staff, artisan galleries, a gift shop as well as useful interpretive materials. Head outside to our garden and picnic area to relax and take in the fresh air. We also have a large day parking area for RVs and clean indoor public restrooms. We are closed seasonally from December until mid-April. We will be intermittently checking our email; and voicemail messages throughout this time. Stay tuned for our reopening date in Spring!

Our entire collection is made on our farm with our own lavender, apples and honey, locally foraged botanicals, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
