The Villa Motel is located right by Nelsons Orange Bridge, with views of Kootenay Lake and the surrounding mountains. It is ideally situated away from Nelsons city noise with plenty of free parking while being a close 4 minute drive to Baker Street.

Fortress Lake Wilderness Retreats facilities are cozy and definitely comfortable. Our private guest cabins are inviting and warm, framed and paneled in tongue and groove pine, with a canvas exterior. Each cabin has a queen or 2 Twin bed arrangement and is furnished with unique hand-crafted log beds. Beds have 4 memory gel foam, and come with new linens, pillows, and duvets.

We are the Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Centre in beautiful Port Alberni, BC. We have amazing local restaurants and places to dine, four marinas for you to launch your boat, and the best fishing on the West Coast of Vancouver Island!

The Barn building on our property was left empty at the end of our horses lives. Not wanting to have the building unused, we eventually decided to expand our home-based art and photography business which had been housed for years in our much smaller studio into this great new space. After months of renovations ART IN THE BARN GALLERY was born. We went on, to further renovate space to house Gabriels full-service, in-house Photography Studio and a full service on site framing shop. We both have a long history of working in Victoria as well as years of experience in our professions and work spanning Canada and other countries. It is fabulous to have such a wonderful place to showcase our work. While we predominantly display our own art and photography, we also occasionally host other talented people with locally made artwork for display and sale which includes pottery, jewelry. A must see. Stellar Descents offers whitewater rafting trips, scenic float tours, Stand-Up Paddleboarding tours and lessons and whitewater kayak instruction. They are passionate river enthusiasts who love to share what the beautiful Robson Valley has to offer. Stellar Descents is located 20 minutes North of Valemount BC in the small community of Tete-Jaune Cache, or a short 1 hour trip west of Jasper passing through Mount Robson Provincial Park.

Metchosin ArtPod is an artist-run collective and gallery located in the rural village of Metchosin, on Greater Victorias West Shore. We support local visual artists by offering opportunities to learn, create, show, and sell original work, and offer the community a venue for engaging with the visual arts. We offer: open calls for art submissions to artists in our region and beyond; externally juried art shows and sales in a gallery setting; show opening events, featured artist talks, and discussion forums; weekly drop-in art sessions; art workshops, resource networks and learning opportunities. Art drop-in sessions are held during the week, and the gallery is open Fri -Sun, 11-4.
