We have three studio-styled suites that have a 180-degree view, and two apartment-styled suites that have a 90-degree view that overlooks the bustling harbour of Tofino. Moreover, four suites come with an outdoor seating area on your own private balcony! All rooms are equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenettes, TV, free wifi, and parking. On the edge of the West Coast in Tofino, Himwitsa Lodge is only minutes away from all the local shops, Tonquin Beach, tours for hot springs cove, whale watching, bear watching, kayaking and surfing. Nestled on a cliff overlooking the rugged Pacific coastline and surrounded by a private old growth forest, The inn is an intriguing romantic experience. Purpose built to be different and dramatic the setting offers privacy and elegance to its adult clientele. There are six rooms, four have awesome ocean views. Whales, sea lions and eagles are often visible from each of these rooms. The other two rooms are in our forest view cottage cozy and very private.

Surrounded by the snow-capped Cascade Mountains it offers a wealth of recreational activities for all campers, including exceptional skiing and snowboarding at Manning Park in the winter months and miles of beautiful hiking trails in the summer. Enjoy ATV and mountain/dirt-biking trails accessible, from the resort, which double as snowmobile trails when the weather gets colder. In the winter there are snowshoe rentals available. You can ride right up to your RV or campsite! Nearby waterways allow for summertime lazing and boating, as well as winter skating. The Resort features indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs, an onsite General Store, liquor sales, fire pits, a fitness centre and a recreation hall. There is a large Great Room available for private functions including weddings. For the non-campers, Sunshine Valley has 10 full-service cabins
