We aim to improve physical, mental, and social health by bringing people together in a transitional space between the urban and natural worlds. There are 4 saunas, 3 hot tubs, 2 cold pools, green space and relaxation areas for hydrotherapy, wellness and recreation.

Sheringham Distillery is based out of Vancouver Island, Canada and is on a mission to make the worlds most approachable gin, prioritizing sustainability and quality ingredients with a chefs approach to distillation.
