Sea otter Enhydra Lutris and whale watching tours in Esperanza Inlet on the west coast of north Vancouver Island. Boat tours last about 5 hours with shore break. The price of $600 is per boat charter; there is a 12 person limit. Accommodation & meal packages available. Sea otters can be viewed year round, Humpback whales usually show up late spring to fall. Black bears can be spotted after April.

When not used as a Student Residence for Thompson Rivers University, the facility has many configurations of rooms and amenities ideal for extended stay/long term guests, leisure travelers, and religious groups as well.
