- Temporarily closed The Williams Lake Cross Country Ski Club offers over 30 km of beautifully set cross country ski trails at Bull Mountain. We maintain a double set of classic ski tracks with a wide centre lane groomed for skate skiers. Grooming equipment consists of both a new Pisten Bully and a new Alpina Superclass snow machine. We can groom quickly and in both low and high snow conditions. Located 16km North of Williams Lake, off Highway 97 one km up Bull Mnt road we offer designated Dog trails, 3.5km of lit trails, until 10 p.m. nightly, an adventure park, terrain park, and a large stadium for hosting events. Our lodge is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, 3 accessible washrooms and a ski rental facility. We invite you to enjoy the great skiing nearby in 100 Mile and Quesnel and embrace a memorable skiing holiday in the Cariboo. Built in 1989 by owner/operator Chris Bennett from locally salvaged red cedar, Blackfish Lodge is a charming, family-run fly-in floating lodge located in British Columbia Canada, within the new Great Bear Rainforest, about 30 miles east of the northern end of Vancouver Island. Blackfish Lodge offers both fresh and saltwater fishing opportunities for all skill and experience levels. When you fish with us there are no pre-set fishing hours, we will fish each day as conditions and your preferences guide us. With our four guest limit (two per boat), we can ensure a very private and personalized fishing experience. Please contact us directly for best availability.
