Sun n' Sup is a full service paddle board shop in the village of Naramata. The Village sits at the end of the road off the famous Naramata Bench which is dotted with over 40 wineries. We sell, rent and offer lessons in paddle boarding as well as rent a few kayaks. Need to up your paddling technique call us and take a lesson or just rent for the afternoon our shop has everything you need including a wonderful selection of summer clothing, sun hats, UV shirts, sunglasses and sandals. Naramata has 2 protected bays for you to paddle in depending on the weather, each rental board comes with a cart to easily pull your paddleboard and gear to Manitou or Wharf Park.

Pynelogs Cultural Centre & Art Gallery is the cultural hub for the Columbia Valley. We feature visual art shows, concerts, art workshops, an indie film-series, outdoor music festival, and anything else artsy! Pynelogs is over a century old, located on the shores of Lake Windermere, in the heart of Invermere. Its a quaint building with a long history. Cafe Allium is also part of our creative ambience, serving up a hearty healthy fare of food, and when possible, locally sourced.

Here's how my tours work ... I customize them to what people want. I'm the only guide who can take people into the heritage buildings, the only one that has a Master's degree in Chinese Canadian History, and I donate money to the Chinese associations for upkeep and renovations. I take people into numerous clan and county Association buildings, to a herbal store, to a produce store, etc. Tell me what you want the focus of the tour to be and I will make it happen.

The Secwepemc Museum & Heritage Park is located along the banks of the beautiful South Thompson River. The Secwepemc Museum & Heritage Park consists of both an inside and outside viewing experience for visitors. The tour of the museum offers a rich history of the life of the Secwepemc people. Once inside the museum visitors can view "The Land of the Secwepemc" DVD, and can then immerse themselves in the beautiful artefacts and displays within the four galleries that are offered.Afterwards, the Heritage park offers a trail of over a kilometre of archaeological remains of a 2,000 year old Secwepemc winter village. The winter village consists of 1 reconstructed winter pit-houses, and summer tule mat lodges which feature various unique food preparation structures. In addition; for viewing pleasure, is one of Kamloops Marshes that is filled with beautiful wildlife and visitors may even be able to get a glimpse of the Coyote (Skelep) and her pups that are currently living in the area.

Kidtropolis is an interactive indoor playground focused on providing a great play experience for children and families. We love to inspire children to use their imagination to pretend play in our city. Children can be police officers, fire fighters, shop in our food market, take care of animals, take care of each other, fix a car, travel the world in our airplane and so much more! Kidtropolis offers drop in play, birthday parties, private events, Kids Night Out, Nerf Night, Day camps, Field Trips and so much more! We love a good party! Playing can work up a pretty good appetite - guests can purchase snacks and food items from our Munchies Cafe too! Whether you're visiting from out of town or one of the locals, we have something for kids aged 2 years - 10 years old. Born and raised in Europe, Crystal studied and received an economic degree and began work in hotel management. Her artistic side joined her love of the public when she opened Crystal's View Bed & Breakfast in 1996. An strong interest in interior decoration, culture, travel, cooking, and baking, harmonize well together and fulfill her dream of operating a small business specializing in warm hospitable service.
