Bavin Glassworks is a family owned and operated working Art Studio and Gallery specializing in Blown Glass. Established in 1988 by Pat Bavin, Bavin Glassworks continues to operate much the same way as it always has. People are welcome to view the glassblowers at work when they are in the studio, and then can view and purchase the wares made on site in the attached gallery.

One of the largest and the oldest estate wineries in BC. Located just 45 minutes from Vancouver. Open Daily. Free public winery tours/tastings. (Tours are weather permitting) Private Group Tours by appointment, fee applicable. Come out and enjoy a relaxing trip in the Valley. Our on Site Zagat rated "Excellent" Bacchus Bistro overlooks the 50 acre vineyard. Enjoy authentic French bistro cuisine prepared with local ingredients. Reservation for the Bistro are recommended. We are a water bike and beach fun rentals business. Our aim is to provide a unique outdoor experience that is inclusive and leaves no footprint on our beautiful B.C. waters. Founded in 1987, Central Mountain Air (9M) is a Canadian regional airline with operating bases at Calgary International Airport (YYC), Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and Smithers Regional Airport (YYD). It flies to 15 destinations within Alberta and British Columbia. Central Mountain Air has a fleet of 20 aircraft: Three Dornier 328-100 planes that each hold 30 passengers, three Bombardier Dash 8 100 planes that each hold 37 travelers, and 14 Beechcraft 1900D planes that hold 18 passengers each. The carrier also operates charter flights.

Tightrope Winery is a small, family-run, sustainable winery on the Naramata Bench. A true labour of love for owners Lyndsay (winemaker) and Graham ORourke (viticulturist). We make hand-crafted, sustainable wines with artistry and passion that capture the soul of Naramata - the personality, character, culture and fruit of the Bench. We consider ourselves stewards of the land and take a wholly sustainable approach from grape to glass. We choose this for the good of the wine, the land and those who work it, and the generations to come. As the first Certified Sustainable Winery & Vineyard we incorporate many sustainable practices including no insecticides nor herbicides in the vineyard, solar power, use of winemaking waste materials to generate compost to fertilize the vineyard, and social responsibility to name a few. You are always welcome to visit us at the Wine Shop and Tasting Room. Our Tasting Room is open by appointment.

The Salt Spring Visitor Centre is located in the heart of downtown Ganges at 121 Lower Ganges Rd. Our knowledgeable volunteer counsellors offer a wealth of information and want to ensure you experience an unforgettable visit. Free local maps, ferry and bus schedules, and our brochure can be picked up at any time. We have free wifi and a payphone is conveniently located outside our door. Tour and local buses stop right outside our front door. There is a bicycle rack available and parking is located behind the Visitor Centre.Unfortunately our building is too old to be handicap accessible but if you visit the Chamber of Commerce office at parking lot level, a counsellor will be happy to bring information to you! Shops, galleries, restaurants, parks and more are a short stroll from the Visitor Centre. See you on Salt Spring Island!
