Playland is part of the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) fairgrounds in Vancouver and is BCs most famous amusement park. Playland features exhilarating rides and attractions for all ages, exciting midway games, mini-golf, a climbing wall, haunted mansion and a variety of delicious food. Playland offers over 35 rides and attractions, including four exciting roller coasters. One of the most loved and talked about attractions at Playland is the historic Wooden Roller Coaster. This spectacular coaster has been operating at the park since 1958 and is cited as a Coaster Classic by the American Coaster Enthusiasts organization, which is an honour shared by only 22 other wooden coasters in the world. For the more adventurous visitors, Playland offers 15 extreme rides and attractions including the extreme swing ride Atmosfear, which takes you up 218 feet while spinning 70km/hour and The Beast, cited as Canadas most extreme pendulum ride. For those looking to experience a bit of thrill with the entire family, Playland features 17 family and kids rides including three new family rides for 2016, a spinning coaster, Bug Whirled, a peddle operated ride, Flutterbye and a tower, Dizzy Drop. Quaaout Lodge & Spa at Talking Rock Golf Resort, the pride of the Skwlx te Secwepemculecw (Little Shuswap Lake Band), is situated on the north shore of Little Shuswap Lake. Located midway between Vancouver & Calgary the Resort is located just minutes off the Trans Canada Highway, a 45 minute drive east from Kamloops, or a scenic 2 hour drive north from Kelowna International Airport. The Lodge's guest rooms suffered a severe structure fire in the spring of 2022, resulting in losing the accommodation wing. Skwlx te Secwepemculecw have committed to a rebuild with hopes to open in 2026. The Resort is still open, including Le7ke Spa, Conference Center, Talking Rock Golf Course (seasonal) & Jack Sams Restaurant (seasonal).

Our spacious property is located next to one of British Columbias oldest and most beautiful golf courses. We have RV sites and a large play area for children and pets. You can stay in a modern cozy villa or one of our serviced RV sites. We are only a short walk to the very relaxing Kettle River. There you can catch a trout or take a very enjoyable float down the peaceful river. We have an abundance of wild life on and around the property.
