A 28 acre private nature park. We have a No Amplified Music policy which means no music please. Of course, that does not mean that the campground runs in a meditative state, as acoustic guitar and singing is welcome. The entire property, including washrooms and pay showers, are immaculate. Paradise Valley Campgrounds location is known as front country this area is a natural habitat for many forms of wildlife. Typically, wild animals fear humans and are rarely seen or heard. If they are attracted by food and/or garbage left out around the campground, their fear diminishes and they become what is known as habituated; the fear is gone and they take what they want. Keeping our property clean has prevented wildlife from becoming habituated. To this end the campground provides several bear proof garbage and recycling containers.

We are an artist-owned fine art gallery specializing in traditional west coast style art of the Pacific Northwest. The gallery is on Tseshaht lands and houses Gordon Dick Studio while showcasing the work of local and regional artists. We carry handmade woodcarvings and jewelry, including masks, panels, free-standing or wall-mounted sculptures, doors, poles, and house beams. Our full service lodge has been in operation for over three decades and is located on the central British Columbia coast amid the splendor of Knight Inlet and Blackfish Sound. We emphatically reject the high capacity people farm model of operation as we only take 8 guests at a time. With a group of 6 or more you can reserve the lodge for your party exclusively.The lodge is appointed with 5 comfortable guest rooms featuring twin beds and sinks, three full service washrooms with shower, a common dining/living area, hot tub and very large deck space.Our chef prepares all meals from scratch and the menu is an ever-changing assortment of fresh caught seafood, meat, and vegetarian dishes. The culinary experience at the lodge is simply second to none. Nothing quite feels as satisfying as an incredible meal after a long day on the water slaying fish. We of course can accommodate any and all dietary requirements and restrictions if given notice.

The Nechako White Sturgeon Conservation Centre hatchery program is dedicated to maintaining genetic diversity and conserving the population of the Nechako White Sturgeon. The hatchery is used to rear sturgeon eggs into one-year old sturgeon for release into the river. Research projects and programs also run out of the hatchery. Visitor Hours: Tours currently available by appointment only. As of Thursday April 24, tours will be available at 2pm daily (including weekends). Specific tour time requests are still available and approved based on operations and staff availability.
