Kayaking is the best way to see Victoria. We specialize in safe, fun and educational kayak tours of Victoria's Harbour and waterfront. Our floating location at Fisherman's Wharf is a 10 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal and 20 minutes from downtown on the scenic boardwalk. We are the closest kayak shop to the Juan de Fuca straight, so when conditions allow, we will paddle along the coast to the kelp forests and an island the harbour seals frequent. Along the way we may see different shore birds like eagles, osprey, oystercatchers, cormorants, and the great blue heron. Starfish, jelly fish and kelp crabs are usually hiding just below the surface. Kayaking is easy and we make it easier by offering paddling jackets, gloves and a bottle of water. Plus on our kayak launch you won't even get your feet wet!

Wakesurfing is fun for all ages and experience levels. Based on Okanagan Lake in Kelowna, Off The Grid offers wakesurf lessons, wakeboard lessons, boat rentals (including equipment and captain) as well as great custom rental packages for corporate outings, bachelorette parties and family vacations. All of our drivers and coaches learn from Competitive Wake Surf Association competitor Bryce Wagner. Our coaches are always fun and know how to get even the most uncoordinated person up surfing and having a blast, or can help you improve on your skills if youre looking to step up your surf game. We get you off the shores and on to the lake. Bring a big group of your friends or family, load up the boat and have someone take care of all the details for you. One of Pentictons unique and favourite summer activities is floating down the River Channel. Visitors are invited to rent inner tubes and rafts and take a leisurely ride down the 7 kilometre long Channel to Skaha Lake. The River Channel is located between Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake. The float starts at the Coyote Cruises launch site at 215 Riverside Drive. If you need floating tubes and a ride back to your vehicle Coyote Cruises will provide both. If you are looking to rent a tube or raft or simply require transportation once you are done floating the Channel, Coyote Cruises can help you out. Pick up is at the end point only in 2020.
