Operating from May to October, Seal Bay Glamping Retreat currently offers a cluster of glamping cottages and Spassels - a unique accommodation alternative overlooking the spectacular Georgia Strait. Work is currently underway completing RV sites and Geodome sites. Seal Bay Glamping Retreat is located on the North portion of the Sunshine Coast, 30 minutes from Powell River and 10 minutes from Lund. Chims Cabins is located on the west side of Port Alberni along Highway 4, just a 57 minute drive from the city centre and event venues. Cabins feature queen beds or a combination of queen and double beds, with pull-out couches and roll-up cots available in select units. Amenities include free Rogers Business Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and one dedicated parking spot per unit (extra parking available upon request). Our eco-conscious property offers on-site garbage, recycling, and food waste disposal. Rates are based on double occupancy (2 guests sharing a queen bed) or number of beds provided. $25 + tax per night applies for each extra guest using the pull-out or cot. The "common" tent contains the kitchen, dining area and lounge. Moist Pacific air colliding with the cold, dry air from the interior creates the huge dumps of perfect powder snow that Skeena is famous for!!
