Join Captain Des Hatchard for a great day's fishing for up to 8 guests. Our two welded aluminum boats are set up with your comfort, safety, and fishing success in mind -- built to the latest Coast Guard standards, equipped with a head (toilet), and decked out with all the latest electronics, i.e., radar, colour fish finder, and GPS plotter.We depart from Port Renfrew daily.

Our guides live to fish and make every fishing trip a memorable experience. You'll leave the dock in the good care of a great guide with years of fishing our local waters. The fishing areas near Campbell River are protected from the ocean swell of the west coast of the island and are home to five species of salmon as well as bottom fish. The scenery, wild life, and fresh air are exhilarating and a perfect backdrop for a perfect fishing charter. You are welcome to bring any food and drinks you would like to enjoy on the boat. You will need a fishing licence with salmon stamp which can be purchased at our local tackle shop or purchased and printed from any computer if you search "Canadian tidal fishing licence" the site will come up. We are happy to fish groups of any size and have experience arranging fishing for corporate charters. Four on the boat is maximum, two or three are best . Join us in touring the beautiful desert lands of the Osoyoos Indian Band Reserve in Oliver on horseback.
