Welcome to one of the Cariboo's gems, Martens Resort and RV Park on beautiful Timothy Lake! Our campground is spread over 15 acres and enjoys 1100 feet of shoreline. This building is truly special. It is one of only a few commercial buildings in BC from this era with intact interior elements. It contains all of the counters, shelving, gas lights, string holders, paper dispensers, as well as a cash register, weigh scale, coffee grinder, cheese wheel and many other items that were used in the operation of the store. The museum aslo contains information on Ainsworth's rich history in the region. Stepping into this store is truly like stepping back in time. The museum also hosts an artisan gift shop filled with beautiful handmade goods as well as an amazing selection of crystals, gemstones, singing bowls, leather goods, and eco friendly Canadian made clothing.

The Whistler Brewing Co. is Whistler's original craft brewery established in 1989 on Alpha Lake Road in Whistler, BC. The Tap House opened in 2009 in Function Junction and is today still locally owned and operated. Whistler Brewing offers 10-15 brews a year, generally lighter and fruiter seasonal beers in the summer and darker ones in the winter. Link River is a spectacular campsite located on the shores of Alice Lake and Link River. This campground offers amazing fishing, boating, swimming, and so much more. Open year-round, with paid bookings required from May to October while our caretaker is on-site. From October to April enjoy free camping on a first come, first serve basis. Please be aware that during this time, the park is user maintained. Link River campground has seen substantial updates and expansion recently, including the creation of several new group sites & pull-through sites. There are 2 sheltered BBQ areas, concrete boat ramp, beach, playground, horseshoe pits, axe throwing, Yardzee, and accessible washrooms. Propane firepits are available to rent (propane not included), and can be used during seasonal fire bans. There is no power, potable water, or sewer services. The Village of Port Alice is a short drive away and offers everything you could need including sani-station with potable water.

Closed (for now). As a sole operator business, I've had to step back from running tours while focusing full-time on protecting endangered old-growth forests in BC. Once these irreplaceable forests are safe, I look forward to once again touring people through the towering trees. Thank you to everyone who joined a trip over the years.
