Island Römer Adventures offers exceptional guided kayak tours in and around Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. We offer a 4 hr tour around Saysutshun (Newcastle Island) and a 7 hr tour to Decourcy Island. Enjoy the beauty and wildness from your kayak and glide along amazing rock formations, trees and wildlife. Sea stars, crabs and anemones can be seen underneath your boat; seals and eagles are nearby.

Situated in Jim Hadgkiss Park, overlooking the Fraser River, the museum collects, preserves, and shares the culture and stories of historic Maple Ridge. Operated by the Maple Ridge Historical Society, the Maple Ridge Museum and Haney House Museum are free community museums located in historically significant buildings in the old district of Haney. We have a small RV campsite in the middle of our orchard. 30 Amp or 15 Amp power available at most sites. Picnic table, fire pit at each site. Drinking water also at each site. Pay showers and clean outhouse. No Wifi.....want this to be a relaxing stay! Lots of places with Wifi not far from campsite. Very quiet but is a working farm.

Enderby & District Visitor Centre is located in the beautiful Belvidere Park situated beside the Shuswap River. Our Centre has free WIFI and tourism guides for areas throughout British Columbia. Stop in to say hello and find out about our community and region. Take a stroll along the scenic river walk or enjoy lunch in the park.
