Ranked in Canada's Top 100 Courses, the Wildstone Golf Course is the first Black Knight Course by Gary Player Design to be built on Canadian soil. This incredibly well conditioned and player friendly course is set on the rolling highlands above the city of Cranbrook, BC where hole after hole golfers are treated to stunning postcard views of the Canadian Rockies.The course plays from 7,127 yards from the back tees and 4,947 from the front. The attention to detail in the design of the course is obvious. The Lighthouse Motel is the perfect location any time of year to escape from life's stresses and relax. Our property fronts directly on the ocean overlooking Qualicum Bay and the Strait of Georgia, Hornby Island and the snow capped Coastal Mountain Range. Qualicum Bay is approximately 10 minutes north of Qualicum Beach. We offer affordable accommodation that is perfect for couples, or individuals looking for some rest and relaxation. We are pet friendly and allow one dog per unit. We do not allow cats. We are centrally located for day trips to the Parkville-Qualicum area and Horne Lake, Tofino and Ucluelet and Mount Washington in the Courtenay/Comox Valley. Hiking, kayaking, skiing and snowboarding, golfing and fishing are an easy drive. Where History Comes to Life - Stroll down the streets of our 1920s community. Period costumed townsfolk welcome visitors and give demonstrations in the homes, businesses and shops. Visitors can feel the heat of the fire as the blacksmith works at the forge, hear the rhythm of the platen press at the Burnaby Post, smell freshly ground coffee in the General Store, be a 1920s student in a one-room schoolhouse, watch the tinsmith cut, crimp & curl flat sheets of tin into useful household items. Everyone is welcome to take a ride on the 1912 CW Parker Carousel, explore the restored 1912 Interurban Tram, and enjoy a treat in the Ice Cream Parlour. The Village is open seasonally (Spring Break in March, Summer Season- early May to Labour Day, and Heritage Christmas-late November to early January) and year-round for pre-booked groups and programs.

Bowen Island Sea Kayaking is dedicated to offering safe, informative and fun experiences for the novice paddler through to the seasoned kayaker. We have experienced local guides available for lessons and guided tours. Our shop in Snug Cove on Bowen Island is an easy day-trip, just a 20-minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay, only 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver.

Make your first stop in the qathet region the Visitor Centre! Here you will find helpful staff ready to provide maps and directions, offer local services and souveneirs, help source and book local adventures and tours, as well as secure accommodation. Our staff are all trained Tourism/Visitor Information Counsellors who are happy to answer questions and offer local insider knowledge. If you can't make it in to the qathet Visitors Centre in person, we are available to answer questions over the phone, or by email. We're happy to help you plan your visit to the Sunshine Coast and qathet region, including Powell River, Lund, Savary Island, and Texada Island. And when you get here we'd love to see you - just drop by our Visitor Centre at 4760 Joyce Avenue!

The Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort is a four season destination featuring contemporary hotel guest rooms, patio views from the Yaqan Nukiy rooms, Ktunaxa Grill, Nasookin Room, and a well-stocked Retail/Gift Shop. Located in a freshly renovated space within the Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort, Elevation Massage & Spa offers massage, hair services, spa treatments, nail services, eyelash extensions and spa packages to the Columbia Valley. Centrally located only a short drive from Invermere, Fairmont Hot Springs and Panorama Mountain Village. Elevation is comprised of three treatment rooms for massage, facials and body treatments, two pedicure chairs, two manicure stations and two hair stations.
