These excursions range in length from two hours to one full day and explore areas including East Sooke Park and the Juan De Fuca Marine Trail. All trips include transportation to and from the hikes from a specific location within the Greater Victoria Area, a gourmet lunch, and experienced interpretive guide. Guests learn about the ecology and history of the area while experiencing the unique beauty and fresh air of Vancouver Island.

Fossil Beach Farm is a private 80 acre waterfront working farm. We offer glamping in our fully finished bell tents overlooking the Salish Sea and fresh cider fermented from our on site and other Hornby orchards. Our tasting room offers 5 different ciders, experimental tap, and non-alcoholic choices available in tasting flights, growlers, or prepackaged to be enjoyed in our picnic area or to go. We now offer farm to table BBQ in our outdoor kitchen during tasting hours.

The "common" tent contains the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The SS Sicamous is the largest surviving paddle wheeler in Canada. It is open as a heritage site, museum and wedding venue. Launched in 1914, the ship provided a vital means of transport to remote communities on the shores of Okanagan Lake. The SS Sicamous is operated by the SS Sicamous Society: a non-profit organization that works to protect the marine heritage of the Okanagan.Funds from your admission go directly to the restoration of the SS Sicamous, and the other heritage ships in our care.

The Canadian Museum of Flight is a great family day out. We inspire young people towards a passion for aviation and for science and technology more generally. We tell stories of our rich Canadian aviation history, stories people want to hear and stories people want told. Our hangar is packed with interesting displays and models, fascinating memorabilia and more. Our Museum is a very hands-on facility. Many of our aircraft can be touched, gently. Children can discover aircraft made not only from aluminum, but also from wood and fabric. Weather permitting, several aircraft are open for sitting and dreaming by kids (of all ages). Photo op! Salmon fishing charter boat based out of West Vancouver and Gibsons British Columbia taking a maximum of 4 guests. Your guide David Korsch has been professionally guiding in the Vancouver area since 1986, and is one of the most experienced saltwater salmon fishing guides on the Coast. During summer months, other species (mainly Lingcod) are also available on full day trips.

Chims Cabins is located on the west side of Port Alberni along Highway 4, just a 57 minute drive from the city centre and event venues. Cabins feature queen beds or a combination of queen and double beds, with pull-out couches and roll-up cots available in select units.
