Off Grid Log cabin accommodations are located in Dease Lake, B.C an hour from the historic village of Telegraph Creek, BC and the Grand Canyon of the Stikine. 16 Mile Cabins offer 3 distinct and unique cabins to choose from along with two new tenting sites. Cabins are powered by solar and heated with wood stoves. Walking trails are around all the cabins for guests to get out and enjoy our northern boreal forest. Relax in nature. Picnic tables, fire pits, bbqs, Badminton net & rackets, mountain bikes, horseshoe pit, and hot tub rentals are some amenities offered . Our remote northern vacation stay is one of the last places in British Columbia that has no hydro poles or telephone poles. Come experience our northern boreal outdoor lifestyle.

The Old School House Arts Centre is the bright yellow community arts centre with a big history nestled in the heart of the picturesque community of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. The Old School House Arts Centre houses ten shared Resident artist's studios and is an established public art gallery and art learning centre. Nanaimo Museum: Discover Nanaimos fascinating history in our museum located in the VI Conference Centre. The main gallery offers a sense of what life was like for Nanaimo's earliest settlers and the Snuneymuxw First Nation. Our award winning replica coal mine is a popular stop. The museum also manages the Bastion, an original Hudson's Bay Company post built in 1853. Dont miss the gift shop!
